Team Alyn
Team Alyn provides face-to-face consultations from the Central Prestatyn site and the Meliden site.
Team Alyn's GPs are Dr Fraser Campbell and Dr Kashyup Katechia and they have a great team supporting them, allowing the GPs to spend more time with those patients with particularly complex medical needs.
Lesley is the Advanced Nurse Practitioners in Team Alyn, and is able to prescribe independently, where required.
Karen, the Pharmacist is on hand to help you with any prescription related matter.
Linda, the Occupational Therapist can help find non-medical solutions to improve your well-being and help understand what matters most to you.

Team Clwyd
Team Clwyd provide their face-to-face consultations from the Seabank site in Prestatyn, and the Rhuddlan Surgery site in Rhuddlan. They also provide a small number of consultations from the central Prestatyn site.
Dr Hock Wong and Dr Rachel Read are the Team Clwyd GPs.
Esyllt (Es) and Christine are the nurse practitioners in the team, and are very well experienced. Along with Rob, the Pharmacist, and Andrea, the Occupational Therapist, they can address a huge range of problems and manage your ongoing care, without you needing to see the GPs.

Team Dee
Team Dee provide face-to-face consultations from the Central Prestatyn site and from Ffynnongroyw surgery.
Team Dee GP is Dr Luke Pereira, Dr Amy Williamson and Dr Linnett Louise Griffiths, the wider team includes Nurse Practitioner Maxine, Pharmacist Carmen, and Occupational Therapist Mark. They are all experienced practitioners.
If your needs relate to particularly complex medical problems then the GPs are there to help; for ongoing follow-up, or to deal with problems which fit with their areas of specialist expertise then the other team members are very happy to oversee your care.

Team Elwy
Team Elwy provides most of their face-to-face consultations from the Ty Nant site, but a small number of clinics held at the Seabank site too.
Dr Rebecca Andrews is always very keen to help you find simple ways to manage your health and well-being.
They are supported by Nurse Practitioners Lucie and Lisa, Pharmacist Tina, and by Occupational Therapist Alexis and Lynne.

Team Brenig is our 5th team, and has a focus upon patients in care homes, patients who are housebound with complex medical needs, and patients with advancing frailty. This ensures that those patients receive the right level of care in a timely way.

Physiotherapy
The Healthy Prestatyn / Rhuddlan Iach service has two physiotherapists attached. They are important team members, supporting the whole service, and focus upon providing acute advice for musculoskeletal problems. Patients requiring more longterm physiotherapy are usually followed up by the area physio team in the Royal Alexandra hospital in Rhyl.
The Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership team consisting of Darryn Thomas, Carolyn Jones, Jo Vaughan, Mair Jones, Tina Jones and Jo Dudley steers the service on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service and to ensure that we continue to grow in the way in which we meet your needs.
Admin Team
We have an array of clerks and secretaries who work to ensure that your records remain up to date after hospital admissions or tests, that we keep on top of any reviews needed in your care, and that referrals are made in a timely way.
