If you have contacted the practice in the last couple of months, you will be aware that due to the Covid-19 crisis, there have been some changes in the way that our general practice services have been operating.
We are now looking to resume the services that have been put on hold, part of the solution will be the introduction of a new way to contact the practice. Part of this solution is the introduction of the e-consult system. This is being widely used in primary care across the UK. It will give us much more detailed information about your problems, and will enable us to direct the query to the right person and in the right time frame.
From Wednesday 1st July, you will need to go onto our website and complete the e-consult for any health or administrative issues. If you call the practice, you will be asked to hang up and complete an eConsult, if you are unable to complete for any reason, please call us and a member of the reception team will complete it with you on the phone.
